Supreme Court 26/11 (Mumbai) Pakistani terrorist Mohammed Ajmal Kasab guilty of assault while announcing the decision on the appeal is upheld his death sentence. Supreme Court Ajmal Kasab told his side did not get her free and fair and that justice is not part of any conspiracy against India. Kasab said in his defense that the prosecution has strong evidence against him.
