The famous comedian Jaspal Bhatti was killed early today in a road accident. At three in the morning Shahkot furnace car near Jalandhar collided with a tree. His film "Power cut" Moga Jalandhar were going to promote. Jasraj his son seriously injured in the accident.
According to eyewitnesses Jasraj Bhatti and his son were driving the car. Sharp bend and could not turn around and go straight to the car collided with rosewood trees. The collision was so strong that the car go back and fell several feet. Soon after the ambulance was called. There were four people in the car, including Jaspal.
Jaspal Bhatti's body was taken to a hospital in Jalandhar. His autopsy will be done here.

A legend in comedy lost with the untimely death. I still remember vividly his shows in DD which was the hallmark of comedy series to come. A loss that can never be filled. May his soul rest in peace
